Use this form to upload and send documents to NSCC

Requirements for sending documents:

Maximum number of documents that can be submitted: 3 documents per form. If you have more than 3 documents to send, submit another NSCC Admissions Documents Upload Form
Single file size limit: 10MB
File types accepted: Word, PowerPoint, PDF, Images (JPEG, PNG, Etc.), Videos

Required fields are indicated with bold font and an asterisk (*)

To upload your documents, select the "Choose File" button. Next Click the "Add" button to add the documents to your list.
